The 26-year old was handed handed a 30-day provisional ban earlier on but Uefa's Control ,ethics and disciplinarybody have opted against increasing the suspension.
A statement read: "The proceedings against Mr sakho in relation to a violation of the Uefa anti-doping regulation after failing a doping test of the above mentioned match.
After the hearing of the player's lawyer and the WADA-accredited laboratories expert on these case and CEDB has decided to stop any further proceedings on these case."
Sskho can now focus on the forthcoming season as Liverpool tend to push for a title challenge next season.
