Shortlist for Uefa's best player

Uefa has announced the 10-man Uefa's best player of the year,voted by their 55-man committee of journalist and on the 3rd day if August, the list would be trimmed down to just three men. A star-studded list hugely populated by players that ply rheir trade in the Spanish
la liga mainly Realmadrid and Barcelona. One of the biggest Miss was Neymar who wasn't included in the list. Zlatan Ibrahimovic,Paul pogba,Iniesta,lewandowski and Jamie vardy all missed out on the list.
Surprise package was when Will Grigg of Wigan Athletics was ranked on the same level with Juventus's Paul pogba after Will Grigg's 25 goals campaign for Wigan. The list of the top ten players included normal contenders Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo of Barcelona and Realmadrid respectively.
There was no Player from the English premier league on the list that was Spanish and German league based. Pepe and most expensive player Gareth Bale appeared on the list following a successful campaign that saw them do an un-Decima in the Champions league.
Super star Luis Suarez was payed for his hardwork and was included on the list too.
A notable development was the inclusion of Goalkeepers in the list,Two goalkeepers were included in the list too.

The prestigious award would be vied for with no known favorite for the first time in  about seven years. Current holder Lionel Messi would have to go an extra mile to win it than the one experienced last year. Cristiano Ronaldo now poses a tougher contender with high statistics and a European tournament win for both club and country. Antoine Griezman is another tougher contender too alongside Gareth Bale too...Uruguayan Luis Suarez has the best goal and assist tally in Europe too.
